Q: Are there compatibility issues to consider if using a computer with an ARM processor?
A:
ARM processors (e.g., Qualcomm Snapdragon) running Windows on ARM are not recommended due to compatibility issues with x86/x64 software and drivers. Standard print drivers won’t work, so as an alternative, you can access KPrint Web Portal.

Q: Do I need to buy Microsoft Office or other software for my computer?
A:
Northwestern and Kellogg offer free access to Microsoft Office 365 and other free or discounted software. Please note that the Office subscription is active only while you are a registered Kellogg student.
