eduroam WiFi: The University's primary wireless network is eduroam. Connect before you arrive on campus, or choose "eduroam-setup" from available networks once on campus. Connect to the Eduroam Wireless Network.
Do not forward emails to external domains. Forwarding to non-Northwestern addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) is not permitted and will result in undelivered emails. Neither sender nor recipient will receive an error — forwarded emails may be lost and not recoverable. For more information, please refer to the Northwestern Electronic Communications Standard Policy.
Students: The downloadable version of Office 365 is available approximately two weeks before your first class, following account matriculation. In the meantime, access your Kellogg email via the Northwestern Outlook Web App.
New or returning to Northwestern? If you have not used DUO before, you must first verify your identity to receive an initial DUO registration code — start the identity verification process here. Once verified, install DUO Mobile MFA on your mobile device to complete registration.
