What is Qualtrics?

Qualtrics is a user-friendly, feature-rich, web-based survey tool that allows users to build, distribute, and analyze online Kellogg branded surveys, collaborate in real time, and export data in multiple formats. It's available to current Kellogg Students, Faculty, and Staff. 

Access Your Kellogg Qualtrics Account

• Visit kellogg.qualtrics.com.
• Select either Kellogg NetID or Email SSO.
• Sign in using your Kellogg account password.

Important Notes

• A @kellogg.northwestern.edu email address is required.
• For assistance with logging in, contact kis@kellogg.northwestern.edu.

Surveys, Responses, and Panels

Maximum number of surveys, responses, and panels that can be created in a single account:

• Total Allowed Surveys: 1000
• Allowed Active Surveys: 50
• Allowed Responses: Unlimited
• Allowed Outgoing Emails: 5000
• Access to all question types: Yes

Panels

A Panel Sample is a group of participants from your panel to whom you can send surveys. You can manage and create panels with your Kellogg Qualtrics account. Additionally, Qualtrics offers a service that can help you find respondents within your target demographic to simplify research and studies. • Allowed Names per Panel: Unlimited
• Allowed Graphics Storage: 50MB

Note: Your Kellogg Qualtrics account does not allow you to sample randomly.
