Note: Students can only reserve study group rooms on the campus where their classes are held. Students will not be able to reserve a study group room in a location or for a term in which they are not enrolled.

How to connect your laptop to the LCD monitor

Windows

  1. Select the applicable monitor adapter and plug it in to your computer or mobile device
  2. Click the Windows key + P
  3. Select Duplicate

Mac

  1. Select the applicable monitor adapter and plug it in to your computer or mobile device
  2. Click the apple Menu > System Preferences > Displays
  3. Click Detect Displays

How to connect your laptop to the room's camera

Connect the cable (USB-A/USB-C) labeled "Camera" to your laptop. Web conferencing software should automatically detect the connected camera. If not, select the applicable camera device below:

How to use the conference phone

Dialing out:

Conference phones are capable of calling nationwide (continental USA) free of charge. All international calls must be made using a calling card.

On-campus numbers: Dial only last 5 digits (7-2100 or 3-0159) Off-campus numbers: Dial 9 + 1 + area code + number
