Mirroring 360


All Kellogg classrooms have the capability to mirror content from your devices to the podium computer using software called Mirroring360.

Start Here: Classroom Equipment

  1. Before you can mirror your device, you need to pull up the connection info so your other devices know what to connect to. On the podium computer, open Mirroring360 and click the QR button.
  2. A QR Code will open in a new window. This QR code can be scanned by your mobile device (either iOS or Android) to share your device screen with the podium computer. If the QR code does not scan you can use the ID number right above the QR button.

  3. Follow the steps below for your device type.

iOS Devices

  1. Make sure your device is connected to the eduroam network. 
  2. Download Mirroring Assist from the App Store
  3. On your iOS device, tap "Scan QR Code" at the bottom of the screen and scan the code from the podium computer.  
  4. If the QR Code does not scan, you can use the ID number located on the podium computer above the QR code button.
    • On an iOS device tap the "Mirroring ID" button at the bottom of the screen to view the ID Number.
  5. Open the Control Center on your iOS device. You can do this by swiping down from the top right corner when you are on your home screen. 
  6. Newer versions may have different icons for mirroring. Here are some more updated screenshots.

         

           7. Select the specific device to mirror to.


         

Android Devices

  1. Make sure your device is connected to the eduroam network.
  2. Download and install Mirroring360 Sender from the Google Play Store
  3. Launch the application. At the bottom right click the circled icon button.
  4. From here you can tap to scan the QR code.
    • If the QR Code does not scan, you can use the ID number located on the podium computer above the QR code button.

Windows PC

  1. Make sure your device is connected to the eduroam network.
  2. On Windows PCs, Mirroring 360 works via a Google Chrome Extension. To use Mirroring 360 on your PC first download the Mirroring 360 Sender extension here
  3. With Chrome open, click the Mirroring 360 extension.
     
  4. Choose desktop and enter the Mirroring 360 ID from the podium computer.
  5. Click the arrow next to the Mirroring ID field to connect. 

Mac OS

  1. Download Mirroring Assist
  2. Open Mirroring Assist
  3. Click the Mirroring Assist icon in your Menu Bar and click "Mirror Screen to Device"
  4. Enter the Mirroring ID from the podium computer, then click "Mirror"
